Gen Z (41 percent) and millennials (47 percent) also feel the benefits of flexible working, as they agree it has encouraged them to open up more often in front of their colleagues.,Women were found to be bearing an unfair burden of emotional expression: almost four in five (79 percent) professionals in the country agreed that women were often judged more harshly than men were when they opened up about their emotions at work.,Ashutosh Gupta, manager of LinkedIn India, said: “The past two years have been tumultuous, to say the least, but have also made people realize that they can be more honest with each other at work.",To accommodate employees' changing needs to express emotions, LinkedIn also launched a new feature, ‘Funny Reaction’, for its members.。　　工业和信息化部副部长辛国斌在会上介绍，“十五五”期间，将加快发展先进制造业，保持制造业合理比重，进一步提升发展质量和效益。有四个方面的工作一定要下足功夫。　　一是在拓展价值空间上“下足功夫”。

二 | 坚持以优争先、以质取胜，推进工艺技术攀升和产品质量跃升，加强优质品牌建设。推动生产要素创新性配置，促进制造业向“微笑曲线”两端延伸，提高全要素生产率。　　二是在培育增长动能上“下足功夫”。

三 | 推动科技创新和产业创新深度融合，因地制宜发展新质生产力。坚持“产业出题、科技答题”，加强公共技术服务平台、中试平台等载体建设，促进原始技术加快走向中试、实现规模化应用。积极开拓和培育新场景、新业态、新模式，适应不同群体消费需求来扩大优质供给。　　三是在加快产业升级上“下足功夫”。

四 | 大力发展先进制造业，持续推动传统产业改造升级，构筑产业发展新优势。“传统产业既是我们制造业的基本盘，同时也是孕育新质生产力的沃土。所以我们要努力把传统产业的改造升级这篇大文章做足做好。”辛国斌强调，要深化推进“人工智能+制造”专项行动，加快新一代信息技术全方位全链条普及应用，全面实施制造业绿色低碳发展行动，推动工业固废综合利用，促进制造业数智化和绿色低碳转型。　　四是在营造良好生态上“下足功夫”。要当好企业的“娘家人”，落实深化改革重点任务，加强规划引领、标准规范、政策保障，深化高水平开放合作，营造良好的产业生态。要加强数字经济、人工智能等新兴领域的立法研究。健全工业和信息化领域强制性标准体系，以标准提升助力行业高质量发展。要加力清理拖欠企业账款，持续实施减轻企业负担专项行动，进一步增强企业特别是广大中小企业的获得感。
